Psychopathy Organic

The word "psychopath" has a negative connotation. People suffering from this disease cannot imagine their life without destructive actions. They may act impulsively and threateningly for the sake of their loved ones or in a fit of anger at their offenders. Contrary to the proverbs “you can’t force yourself to be nice”, “darlings scold - they only amuse themselves”, psychopathy destroys the good that was between them before. By influencing others, psychopaths strive for superiority and power, for autocracy.

**Organic psychopathy** (focal non-psychotic mental epilepsy, organic psychopath-like syndrome, neo-paranoid form of schizophrenia) is a psychotic disorder that manifests itself in the form of mental symptoms similar to those of schizophrenia, but not accompanied by disturbances in thought processes and hallucinations.

The disorder usually develops in people who already have health problems, such as people with a high rate of seizures or other forms of brain dysfunction. One of the main causes of organic psychopathy is long-term exposure to toxins in the brain, such as alcohol or drugs. Another reason may be a genetic predisposition to disorders of thinking and emotions.

Symptoms of organic psychopathy may include mood changes, hallucinations and delusions, loss of memory and concentration, and strange thoughts and behavior. People suffering from organic psychopathy may show unusual attachment to certain places, things or
