Rhabdomyoma Malignant

Rhabdomyomas are a group of benign tumors of tissue that form the muscle structure. They can occur both in the genitals and in other tissues of the body.

However, rhabdomyomas have a high risk of transformation into malignant tumors. When a malignant tumor arises from healthy tissue, it is called "rhabdomyomatosis." This is exactly what we will talk about today.

Malignant rhabdomyomas are aggressive tumors that arise from healthy tissue in the body. They pose a serious health threat and can be fatal if left untreated. Very rarely, malignant rhabdomyomas affect the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, liver or kidneys. These are rare cases of malignant rhabdomyomas, especially if we are talking about an adult organism (compared to a child). But in any case, this type of rhabdomyoma is not life-threatening if it is diagnosed in a timely manner and treatment is started.
