I will dedicate this post to micellar water for makeup removal. The first time I saw this water at the IDB I became very interested in it. It was presented in 2 formats, 50 ml and 200 ml. I took a small volume for testing. If it hadn’t been there, I doubt I would have taken a large volume, because I’m not sure if I’m taking a good product.

The water has a pleasant smell, it reminds me a little of soap. Does not dry out or sting the skin of the eyelids at all. I use it to wash off makeup only from my eyes; I wash off makeup from the rest of my face with foam. It does not leave any stickiness and does not leave any unpleasant sensations at all.

Makeup is washed off quickly and almost all of it, it doesn’t cope well with waterproof cosmetics, it takes effort to wash it off.
Using an example, I want to show how this product removes cosmetics.

I also want to note that the product is very economical, I remove makeup with it almost every day, and within a month I still have half of the product left.

Micellar water SEPHORA

In general, after I criticized the makeup remover from SEPHORA, it was strange to also buy micellar water from this brand. But the positive reviews did their job and I bought this water.

In addition to the good reviews, I was attracted by its packaging.

Plastic bottle with a volume of 150 ml. Simple and concise design. The most interesting thing about this micellar water is the dispenser. These pumps are very convenient! I opened the lid, placed a cotton pad on the pump, pressed, and voila! - everything is ready for use.

The texture of micellar water is naturally like water, with a small oil component. Not sticky! The aroma is very bright! Delicious, but very strong! It seems to me that for products that are intended for the eyelids, you should not use bright fragrances.

This tool can do everything! Why do we love him? Because it does not contain alcohol, for its composition with tiny bubbles, which allows you to effectively remove dirt and makeup.

There is no need to rinse with water: in one motion you remove makeup from your face and eyes!

Sephora micellar water works well to remove eye and face makeup. Oddly enough, even waterproof mascara washes off. It takes some effort, but it washes off. I discovered this by accident when I started washing off my mascara from my eyelashes, forgetting that it was waterproof.

It also works well with eyeliners, pencils and long-lasting foundations.

For my eyelids, one cotton pad is enough. Which makes it economical.

I already wrote earlier that micellar water has a strong fragrance. So therein lies the whole rub. Well I think so.

When you remove makeup from your eyelids, sensitive or tired eyes may react with irritation.

Mine do this from time to time.

The manufacturer claims that it does not need to be washed off with water! But no! Still as needed. Otherwise it will pinch the skin. And believe me, this is not very pleasant.

After rinsing your face with water, everything goes away.

I cannot recommend this water to you. Moreover, it is not so cheap. For example, the famous Bioderma costs the same, but has a much larger volume (250ml)! I don’t see the point of spending money on this!

Not bad, but only for the face

This product is ordinary micellar water: transparent, odorless. It removes makeup well - both foundation and mascara. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't suit my eyes. After use, redness and tingling appear. Used it only for the face. It’s possible that this is my individual reaction, but that’s how it is.

Good, working tool

The most common micellar water, which does its job well, does not dry out or irritate the skin, is suitable for every day, and removes makeup well. Even stubborn makeup was washed off well. But it doesn’t reach “excellent” or “wow”.

Good!

Decent product. There is nothing to complain about. Cleans perfectly, is soft, does not cause discomfort, does not dry out, the price is reasonable. I enjoyed using the miniature. I'm fully considering buying a full size one.

To rinse or not to rinse?

The product cleanses well, but causes an irresistible desire to wash your face after use, because... the face becomes sticky. As far as I understand, this is the point of micellar water, that it allows you to avoid washing with regular water and, as a result, dryness. And, God forbid, if the product gets on your lip and you have to taste it, it’s a rare disgusting thing..

Not bad, but could have been better.

I have been using Sephora products for a long time. I give particular preference to the bath series. This micellar cleanses well, but there is one drawback. Afterwards you have to wash your face. Maybe it's because I have oily skin. But the fact remains a fact. The remains must be washed off. For this I'm taking off one star.

Regular

The smell is pleasant, it removes makeup well, including from the eyes, there is no feeling of tightness after removing makeup, the product is absolutely transparent like water. The ability to use a micellar product for the eyes, also with comfort, is always a big plus. The miniature is a great option for traveling. But I prefer makeup remover products (with the exception of La Roche and Bioderma micellar products).

Tender

Good micellar water, it does its job. It does its job delicately - it easily removes non-waterproof makeup, it doesn’t make your face feel tight, it doesn’t dry out your skin, it doesn’t sting your eyes. But I didn’t see any special differences from more budget analogues. I won't be purchasing the full size.

Micelles work

I recently discovered the Sepora brand and had time to try the micellar product. It produces good quality products at a reasonable price. The micellar is not sticky, removes makeup well, and moisturizes the skin.

I really liked the scent

Micellar water works well for removing makeup. If the mascara is waterproof or applied in several layers, you need to hold the moistened cotton pad on the eyelid for a few seconds. In this case, the makeup is removed completely and without much friction. When it came into contact with the mucous membrane of the eye, micellar water did not cause me any unpleasant sensations (but this is very individual). I really liked the scent.

Unexpectedly great!

In my life I have tried about 5 types of micellar water and they all seemed the same to me in quality, the only difference being the price. And what was my surprise when this relatively budget micellar water did a better job than the others. Firstly, it removes makeup perfectly on the first try, without smearing makeup all over your face or leaving a panda effect. I only need one cotton pad to perfectly remove makeup from my eyes! (usually you can’t do less than two) Makeup is completely removed, without a trace. It leaves no feeling of dryness or tightness after itself. So this is also an excellent remedy for an emergency, if you need to quickly remove makeup, but there is no time for all subsequent procedures. But I still recommend, at every opportunity, after using micellar water (not just this one, but any one!), not to ignore the foam or gel cleanser

I love micellar

I love using micellar products, I think they are essential for the skin, I can say they clean well, you don’t have to rub it on the skin for a long time, it washes off the skin easily. No stickiness even if you don't wash off the micellar. And the price for the full size is very appetizing 👍🏼

Very strong alcohol smell

I didn’t look at the ingredients, but the smell of alcohol is very strong. I didn’t like it more because of the smell, it removes makeup well, but the feeling of dry skin is present immediately after use. Of course, I then wash my face with gel, but it’s still unpleasant.

Sephora micellar water

I liked the micellar water, it removes makeup well and doesn’t tighten the skin. But there remains a feeling that the skin is not completely cleansed; I want to wash my face with more gel. I removed mascara and pencil, it only works from the eyes. And I already washed my face. Bottom line: an excellent product for the eyes, but not so much for the face.

The best micellar water!

As the owner of hypersensitive eyes, I responsibly declare that this is the best micellar, and I have had a lot of them, including well-promoted luxury products. This is the first micellar water that did not irritate my eyes, no tingling even when it gets into my eyes, it removes makeup gently and without a trace, yes, I will buy a full-size product! I also recommend it!

Micellar water does its job well - it removes makeup without rubbing and does not cause any irritation in the area around the eyes or the skin of the face in general. But still I don’t feel complete satisfaction with it. Consumption, like other brands, cannot be called economical.
