Spheroblastoma
***Spheroblastology*** is the science of giant tumors consisting of various types of blast cells with undetectable changes in their structure. Since the cells are not differentiated, such tumors do not have any direct morphological features until they transition to the blast state from other normal tissues. In order to more correctly describe what is happening, the process is called phase-indeterminate, since when examining cells obtained from tumor sections or by biopsy, the results differ depending on the staining material used and microscopic technique (histological examination).
Virus-like elements in the presence of tissue blasts can sometimes be attributed to the viral state. When describing such a tumor, the terms “quickly decompressed” are often used.
