Schizophrenia Paraphrenic

Paraphrenic schizophrenia (schizophazenic psychosis) is a classic psychotic personality disorder, identified as a separate form of the disease by Parkinson in 1909, in its description associated with the assumption of different names and roles and the appearance of various kinds of illusions (illusory perceptions, pseudohallucinations). Currently considered a form of schizophrenia; is characterized by the phenomenon of multiple personality (dissociative identity disorder), in which states of deep dual personality of the patient are associated; they can differ from each other in gender, age, appearance and behavior, creating the impression of schizophrenia or another disorder of mental functions. According to the degree of severity, the following variants of dysphoria are distinguished. Wax test: mixing colors. Subject test: mirror, photography. Objective test: Tick test. Behavioral test: emergence of fears, anxiety.
