SHOCK OPERATING SECONDARY

Secondary operational shock is a condition that may occur in a patient after surgery as a result of exposure to various factors, such as intoxication of the body, hypovolemia (reduced blood volume), tissue ischemia (impaired blood supply), metabolic acidosis (change in acid-base balance) and others causes.

Unlike classic primary surgical shock, when disturbances occur directly during surgery, with secondary surgical shock all these factors may appear later. For example, metabolic changes occur due to impaired blood circulation and metabolism in tissues after surgery. Recovery from surgery requires a period of time, and sometimes patients may experience symptoms of secondary shock during recovery from anesthesia.

The causes of secondary operational shock can be different. Most often it is caused by disorders in the cardiovascular system, which
