Sinus (Runny nose)

Sinus (Runny nose)

This runny nose usually appears after a severe cold due to the overflow of the nasal sinuses with mucus and pus, which clog all the exit channels from the sinuses. This runny nose causes headaches, as well as pain in the temples and above the eyes, and greatly affects vision and hearing. To open the canals and free the sinuses from the pus accumulated in them, it is sometimes necessary to resort to surgery.

Home remedy: daily, without missing a day, lightly rub (but do not rub) the sore spots with mustard oil - above the eyes, near the nose, at the temples. With regular use of this remedy, the sinus gradually goes away completely.
