Endocardial sclerosis Congenital

Endocardial sclerosis is a congenital disease and is characterized by dystrophic and destructive changes in the tissue of the inner lining of the heart wall. The main symptoms of this disease are arrhythmia, the appearance of a heart murmur, shortness of breath, pain and weakness in the chest.

Congenital sclerosis of endocarditis can have different forms and severity, but, as a rule, is accompanied by serious changes in the heart valve and leaflets. Typically, this type of disease develops against the background of other cardiac pathologies or congenital heart defects. The causes of endocardial sclerosis are currently not fully understood, but it is known that the disease can be hereditary. Symptoms may include: * interruptions in work, a feeling of tightness in the chest, a feeling of a rupture of the heart * pain in the heart and behind the breastbone * shortness of breath and health problems with physical activity * high blood pressure; In the later stages of the disease, the blood supply to the myocardium deteriorates and ventricular infarction develops. With significant manifestations of sclerosis, valve rupture can occur, which is life-threatening. As a result of endocardial tissue atrophy, granulosa deposits form and the mucous membrane thickens. This causes the valve to become less mobile and, when closed, to allow a large amount of blood to pass through, causing heart failure and a serious threat to the patient.
