Terfena Forte is a drug belonging to the group of H1-histamine receptor blockers. It is produced by Sifar Ilacları Sanai AS in Turkey and has the international name Terfenadine.

The dosage form of Terfen Forte is a tablet with a dosage of 120 mg containing the active ingredient - terfenadine. This drug is used to treat various types of allergic reactions such as seasonal allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria, atopic eczema, contact dermatitis, rash, itching due to liver damage, angioedema, allergic reactions due to drugs, foods, stings insects, bronchial asthma and colds (as part of complex therapy), as well as for the prevention of allergic reactions to the administration of radiocontrast drugs.

Terfena Forte has a number of contraindications, including hypersensitivity to the active substance, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 2 years of age (up to 6 years in case of impaired renal or liver function). There are also restrictions for use in the elderly and with impaired renal and liver function.
