Thymocyte Lymphocytic

Recently, scientists have discovered a new link in the immune system - lymphocytes contained in human blood. They are needed to destroy harmful cells and internal tissues; they control how many immune cells are ripe for active participation in protecting the body. So, these cells form and mature in the thymus gland - also known as the thymus. After their maturation, formed lymphocytes begin their journey through the bloodstream - through the sinuses of the spleen. With their help, thymocytes enter the bloodstream in order to reach the necessary organ - most often the lymph nodes - to perform their protective function.
