Vein Axillary

The veins of the axillary region are the most common venous lesions. The venous lymphatic system drains into the axillary vein, located under the pectoral muscle. Although the axillary veins are most often affected by lymphostasis, diseases such as blood clots and phlebitis also occur. The axillary veins are quite large, so disruption of their function causes blood pressure to drop and the amount of blood to decrease during heart contraction. These diseases can be caused by various factors such as pregnancy, obesity, recent surgeries, persistent swelling of the hands and other factors. As a result, the outflow of lymph and venous blood is disrupted. The blood supply to some organs and tissues deteriorates. Such diseases require immediate treatment.
