The thyroid-cervical vein, or thyroid-ischemic vein, is one of the components of the venous system of the neck. Nutrition and blood supply to the thyroid gland occurs through these veins. The deep veins of the neck flow into the VDSV and merge with the rest of the capillaries of the body. Before becoming a full-fledged vessel, the vein converges with other veins and forms a common canal cavity. Its components exit into the peritoneum through the vessels of the Yan-kura. These veins support the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. In addition, they carry out the outflow of blood from the nose, paranasal sinuses, pharynx,
