Botanical description. Fern with fronds 20-40 cm long, double and triple pinnately dissected. The delicate leaves are short-petiolate, wedge-shaped or fan-shaped. Grows in southern Europe and other warm countries.
Active ingredients: tannins, bitterness, sugar and a little essential oil.
Application. Previously, Venus hair was a popular cough remedy.
