Superior Cerebellar Veins

The inferior cerebellar veins are a set of tributaries of the superior cerebral vein passing through the substance of the cerebellum in the caudal direction. The superior cerebellar vein is a venous tract in the human brain. The largest superior vein, the cerebellar superior cerebral vein, drains into the sigmoid sinus.
