Ingredients: Active substances - vinpocetine, piracetam.
Indications for use: Cerebrovascular insufficiency (recovery period of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, encephalopathy of various origins); parkinsonism of vascular origin, intoxication, brain injury and other diseases of the central nervous system, accompanied by a decrease in intellectual and mnestic functions; psychoorganic syndrome with a predominance of signs of asthenia and adynamia, asthenic syndrome; labyrinthopathy, Meniere's syndrome; prevention of migraine and kinetosis.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, severe heart rhythm disturbances, coronary heart disease (severe), acute stage of hemorrhagic stroke, renal and/or liver failure, age under 14 years.
Side effects: Mental and motor agitation, irritability, imbalance, decreased ability to concentrate, anxiety, sleep disturbance, gastralgia, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea, decreased appetite, dizziness, headache, extrapyramidal disorders, increased sexual activity, worsening symptoms angina pectoris, tachycardia, extrasystole, slowing of atrioventricular conduction.
Interaction: Increases the risk of hemorrhagic complications during heparin therapy, the effects of thyroid hormones, antipsychotics (neuroleptics), indirect anticoagulants, psychostimulants; weakens the effect of anticonvulsants (lowers the seizure threshold).
