Internal Electrocardiogram Oscillation

Internal oscillation of the EGC is a less common type of cardiac arrhythmia than supraventricular or ventricular dissociation, representing bigeminy caused by double-bundle ventricular excitability. During atrial contraction, the ECG reveals transient disappearance of P waves, reminiscent of AV block or electrophysiological phenomena observed when the normal atrial pacemaker is excluded or is chaotic. In this case, P is absent, and instead of it, positive waves of large amplitude are recorded - complexes of type i, clearly visible against the background of the T wave or the R wave caused by it.
