Wraps: improving skin condition with natural ingredients

Beautiful and healthy skin is not only a sign of good health, but also a guarantee of attractiveness and self-confidence. Today we will look at one of the ways to improve skin condition - wraps. Wraps are procedures in which various pasty masses of natural ingredients are applied to the skin, which are dried and then washed off from the skin. Wraps help cleanse the skin, improve its color, moisturize and strengthen.

One of the simplest and most accessible ingredients for wraps is kefir or sour cream. On the second day, sour cream or kefir, mayonnaise (for porous skin) or simply nourishing cream - for dry skin - is first applied to the skin of the face for 15-20 minutes in a thin layer on the face and neck. After this, herbal ice can be applied to the skin, which must be applied in a circular, quick motion, without moving the skin or stopping - for 2-3 minutes. After this, pat your face dry with a paper towel and apply a thin layer of nourishing cream.

You can also use strawberries for wrapping. To do this, you need to prepare strawberries for the winter - 1 kg of strawberries for 2 kg of sugar. Grind through a meat grinder, preferably a plastic one, or crush with a wooden spoon and put in the refrigerator. A mask is made as needed: strawberries - 1 teaspoon, yolk - 1 pc., nourishing cream - 1 teaspoon, milk powder - 1 tbsp. spoon, aloe juice - 1 teaspoon, orange peel infusion - 30 ml. The mask is applied for 30 minutes.

Another useful ingredient for wrapping is roses. The rose is covered with salt, sugar and citric acid. Let it sit for a few minutes, then grind it in a mortar. Crushed rose can be poured with 70° alcohol to wipe oily skin. This solution can be added to any mask in small quantities.

You can also use wheat flour, hot paraffin, milk powder and olive oil for wraps. Hot paraffin wraps help moisturize and nourish the skin, dry milk wraps improve complexion, and olive oil wraps help soften and straighten dry skin, protect against wrinkles, and are also good for peeling and irritated skin.

In any case, before using any wrapping ingredient, you must ensure that you are not allergic to it. It is also worth remembering that wraps are not a panacea for all skin problems and do not replace professional procedures with a cosmetologist. However, the correct use of natural ingredients in body wraps can help improve skin condition and make it healthier and more attractive.
