Ingredients: Antibodies against hepatitis B virus.

Indications for use: Emergency prevention of hepatitis B after contact with infected material (blood, plasma, serum), prevention of liver graft infection in HbsAg-positive patients, prevention of hepatitis B in newborns whose mothers are carriers of the surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus, in people exposed to increased (before surgery, repeated blood transfusion, hemodialysis, etc.) or constant risk of infection, incl. unable to produce sufficient quantities of protective antibodies.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, carriage of hepatitis B surface antigen. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: With caution.

Side effects: Headache, chills, fever, nausea, vomiting, joint pain, back pain, allergic reactions. Rarely - a decrease in blood pressure, in isolated cases - anaphylactic shock, symptoms of aseptic meningitis (severe headache, nausea, vomiting, fever, stiff neck, photosensitivity, impaired consciousness), worsening renal failure in patients with impaired renal function.

Interaction: Reduces the effectiveness of live viral vaccines (measles, rubella, mumps and chickenpox).

Overdose: No information.

Special instructions: Can only be mixed with isotonic sodium chloride solution. False-positive data may appear during serological testing.
