Zatsepin Biostimulation Method

Zatsepin Biostimulation Method is a method developed by Soviet orthopedist Timofey Sergeevich Zatsepin in the 1930s. This method is used to treat various diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including arthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis and others.

The main idea of the method is that the body itself can fight diseases if it is helped. Zatsepin believed that biostimulation is one of the most effective ways to combat diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

For biostimulation, Zatsepin used various methods, including massage, electrical stimulation, light therapy and others. He also developed special exercises and techniques to improve joint and muscle mobility.

The effectiveness of the Zatsepin method has been confirmed by numerous studies and practical applications. However, like any other treatment method, it cannot be used independently without consulting a doctor.
