I'm 34, my skin is dry and dehydrated. I decided to try pharmaceutical facial cosmetics, Aven worked really well, but many people also praise La Roche Posay. Who tried obi lines? Which one do you think is the best?

Aven. uh. Avon?
no no..namely Avene
ahh, then this is the first time I’ve heard both
Eh, I, too, have my doubts about these pharmacy brands! But La Roche has much more positive reviews. The other day I decided to buy it for myself.
It’s strange that you haven’t heard of a very common pharmaceutical cosmetics. Although, you probably just don’t have problems with your skin:) namely dry, dehydrated.
I used both those and those. La rye's pose suited her better! both smell and texture. I also have very sensitive skin, dry...

thank you very much Alina, what exactly do you recommend from La Roche??
I have La Roche products for oily skin. The products didn’t work for me. My skin broke out. I’m very pleased with the thermal bath. It saves me!
I have La Roche cleanser, Aven face cream, it suits me because... I have oily skin and it is very light. In general, I tried almost everything, I didn’t notice any significant differences (
I tried both, for problem skin. La Roche is simply no good. Avene wash basin and thermal water have been my love for many years. I heard somewhere that Avene thermal water is the best from the pharmacy and in this price segment.
Of course, everything is individual. Aven is too heavy for me, but La Roche Posay was perfect. But I mean lines for sensitive skin.
For combination skin, Avene was better suited than La Roche Posay. But they are both good brands
I used both. I like Avene better. More precisely, I didn’t like La Roche Posay at all.

La Roche cosmetics were more suitable; Avena perfectly saved me from acne on the other hand. They say Avene is made from thermal waters, by the way.
I had a terrible allergy from La Roche! Aven likes it
I like La Roche. He's lighter. Aven clogged my pores. Combi skin, problematic.
I also somehow liked La Roche more. Aven is neither hot nor cold. But this is again a subjective opinion, everyone has their own skin, you have to try it yourself.
To be honest, I didn’t understand these brands at all. There's no point. What is Aven, what is Laroshpose, what is Uryazh. I take mustella for children, but also not a fountain. We have inexpensive cosmetics, 7-10 euros. I didn’t notice any super duper hydration at all. To be honest, I like Vichy Aquathermal the most.
ahh, then this is the first time I’ve heard both
I only tried Aven. and in pharmacies they are now handing out samples of La Roche. I tried Effaclar (emulsion for oily skin), there was almost no effect, but the smell was terribly intrusive.
Aven really likes the cleanser and toner from the Cleanance K series and thermal water, of course
I won’t say anything about Aven, but I advised you to be careful about LaRoche, they also write about allergic reactions on the forum. I had normal, problem-free skin until I started using Vichy, I don’t argue, the effect was excellent for about a year, but then redness and dryness started and dehydration. I bought LaRoche, a series for skin prone to redness, and it made everything worse. It turned out that Vichy and LaRoche are produced by the same company.
Now I’ve been struggling with my skin for several years now, after these “miracle brands”, I used to be able to smear any cream on myself, but now out of 3-5 purchased, at best 1 is suitable so that I don’t feel dryness and redness doesn’t appear
By the way, I remember then I saved myself with a cream, also a pharmacy one - it’s called Bioderma, they also have a series for this kind of skin. Only it’s BiodermA from the pharmacy, and not Bioderm, which is sold in Letual. A good cream, it helped a lot, but it was difficult to buy, Not every pharmacy has it.

I like Aven more
AVENE IS BETTER T.K. LA ROCHE OWNS L'OREAL. A AVENE AS WELL AS BIODERMA ARE SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED FOR ALLERGIC SKIN

Author, I started with Aven. I've only been using it for 7 years. And now I switched to La Roche. I think that for super sensitive skin, gels and creams are gentler or something better for the skin. But everything is individual. Need to try. But, in principle, both companies are very good and both are based on thermal water.
I have sensitive and problematic allergic skin. I tried both La Roche and Aven, Aven just saved the day, it’s a miracle. La Roche didn't make it any worse, but it wasn't much better either.
Both are good, both are thermal based. My skin is really oily. Personally, I prefer Aven because the doctor advised it. And so, at first I used La Roche and was also quite happy. It feels like the skin is getting used to everything, I need to change it
Try one first, use it, then the other. And compare what suits you best =)

In general, it is believed that La Roche is the most ideal product for dry skin.
I have had parapsoriasis for 2 years now (something like atopic dermatitis, scaly pink-red spots). although the skin itself is not dry. rather combined, depending on how. I have been using Rosh Poze for over a year now. I like LIPIKAR SYNDET (face wash), and I really like the same lipikar milk just for the body. The skin became softer after two uses. I have dry skin on my legs, especially in winter. I also liked the THERMAL WATER ROCHE POSE, especially after the epilator it soothes and relieves irritation.
TOLERAN face cream (also Rosh Pose) did not suit me, it is greasy. and does not dry off, the skin remains dry and with an oily, unabsorbed layer of cream.
UNIFIANCE FOUNDATION is the coolest foundation! at least I compare it with Vichy foundations. Roche Pose foundation is lightweight, absorbs quickly, mattifies the skin and is not particularly visible on the face. it is for dry skin.
I also bought Nutritik lip balm and have been using it for 1.5 months - I don’t like it at all. For the first 20 minutes my lips were moisturized and then it was as if I hadn’t applied any. NEATROGENA is the best balm!
WHAT CAN YOU ADVICE FOR MY SKIN? I NEED A CREAM FOR EVERY DAY AND A FOAM FOR WASHING. is it worth taking something from the AVENE series??
I was unimpressed by the La Roche thermal bath (((((((((, but everything else is a delight.
I like both brands. There are no problems or addiction.
pick up aven samplers and give it a try. Unfortunately, it’s more difficult with Bioderma samples.
The consultant at the pharmacy told me the following: Avene is softer than Bioderma, it’s better to start with it, and if it doesn’t work, try Bioderma. besides, the thermal water in Aven is natural, and in Bioderma it is synthesized, artificial
I use La Roche Effaclar - combination skin, sensitive, rashes. La Roche Posay was recommended by a cosmetologist. I use a cleansing gel, Duo cream, and mattifying emulsion M. After a month of use, the result is obvious - for the first time the cream did not clog the pores, and the mattifying agent really worked - now the first shine on the skin appears after 6 pm (I apply it early in the morning). For the eyelids, the anti-dark circles gel does its job quite well and moisturizes quite well. Now the rashes still appear (depending on the day of the cycle - I think I’ll go to the endocrinologist), but in a very limited amount, I even stopped using foundation, plus the blackheads have almost completely disappeared and my complexion has become human. I also like the thermal bath - it soothes and moisturizes. In general, this cosmetics suited me very well, Aven has not tried it - as they say, the best is the enemy of the good. I'm not going to change it yet.
Polzovalas Vichy 7 let, NADOELO i koza privykla, krem steel shipat, umyvalka glaza razzdrazat i td. pomenjla na LRP - eto prosto tihij uzas, mne toze ne podoshiol uz lucshe Vichy togda:) sejcas uze god polzujus Avene i ja v vostorge i nikogda bolshe ejo ne promeniaju, vse stradstva neznejshye i kacestvenee, cem u Vichy i LRP!polnostju pereshla na Avene, daze sravnit termalku u Avene lucshe, lip balm u Avene v 100 raz lucshy i vse krema dlj tela i ruk, pomogajut zimoj v otlicii Vichy i LRP! 10 + otdaju Avene ,da i vo Francii Avene cenitsj i samye dorogie ceny na nejo:) vse moi podrugi ushli s Vichy na Avene tak cto Avene the Best
Avene is a wonderful cream! Very suitable for my sensitive skin. I took Avene Skin Recovery Cream for sensitive skin. Simply great! I recommend it to everyone!
And Avene, and La Roche, and Uryazh and Bioderma are designed for sensitive skin (oily sensitive, dry sensitive, normal sensitive). I don’t remember what I used before pharmacy cosmetics)
I have a terrible allergy to LaRoche, although the cosmetologist advised me, my skin has become unbearably oily, my pores are even wider (I have combination skin) and now I don’t know what to do. so much money and it's all in the trash ((
My skin in the T zone is oily, my cheeks are normal in the summer, but in the winter it is very dehydrated, often inflamed, acne, allergic, difficult to choose skincare products. Last year I switched to cosmetics from Aven, bought a blue gel for oily skin, it turned out to be “thermonuclear” for me, it dried out my skin a lot from acne, it didn’t get rid of the lotion. also in a blue round bottle with white powder in the sediment, it also turned out to be vigorous and caused irritation on the skin. I bought a lotion for sensitive skin as a replacement, the consistency in the form of a liquid cream did not understand it at all, the feeling of a sticky mask on the face. Then I bought a gel-cream wash, also for sensitive skin, Aven when used on inflamed areas of the skin it caused a burning sensation Triacnel to fight acne had no effect on acne caused severe redness at the site of application and then the skin peeled off The only thing that suited me more or less from the Aven series was the moisturizing leger cream for combination skin without SPF but not ideal, since in the T zone it lay as a film throughout the whole day. But it did not cause irritation or allergies. The emulsion for combination skin in a pinkish tube of Aven was also accepted by the skin normally. There was also a soothing cream under the eyes, which is not oily for me; it is not absorbed at all; it also lies under a shiny film eyes Well, in the end, about their thermal water for dry skin with irritated areas on it is not suitable because it dries the skin too much. Maybe in the summer it would be suitable. But I tried to use it in the winter. Of course, I didn’t fully use these products because of the effect was negative Until the end I only used moisturizing cream and emulsion. This is my sad experience of using cosmetics from Aven!
Girls, stop writing nonsense about Vichy, there are NO hormones in it. And it has not deteriorated compared to previous years. You may have stumbled upon a fake.
I speak as a pharmacist working in a pharmacy in France.
Author, all brands are good in principle, only Rock has a problem, because... they did not completely solve the encapsulation problem. Lierak - there is a series of 30 years.
It is best to ask for samples at the pharmacy.
not quite so, I will give the opinion of another successful cosmetologist:
1. Mass market (L’Oreal and Nivea) - high costs for advertising and positioning, concentrations of active substances up to 1.5% on average, so that if a girl with acne buys a cream for aging skin, nothing bad will happen to her.
2. Luxury market - Estee Lauder, Chanel. Fundamentally higher quality textures, fragrances, dyes, active ingredients in approximately the same concentrations. Targeted at a buyer with money from 45-50 years old, the focus is appropriate. Investments in advertising are significant, but less than the first ones - the image works for them.
3. Pharmacy brands - the concentrations are higher, hypoallergenicity is implied, the textures are the most neutral, the ingredients are confirmed with confirmed pharmacological activity. Advertising is not the most expensive, there is little investment in packaging.
4. Professional - the most concentrated, since it implies the appointment of a specialist, and not amateur activity. Textures can be active, i.e. not so comfortable and neutral. Advertising is very narrowly targeted, packaging. different - sometimes expensive, but more for storage reasons.
If you want to solve a specific problem in collaboration with a specialist (at least a consultation), then a professional is the best choice.
If you have dermatological problems and need regular care, go to the pharmacy.
General care after 40 years with pleasure - luxury market
The rest - there is not enough money for the best yet.
Well, the phrase “higher concentrations implies hypoallergenicity.” One thing contradicts the other. High concentrations can no longer be hypoallergenic.
Allergy is a cruel thing, it can be to anything. and there cannot be any high concentrations in the “hypoallergenic” series. Another thing is that there are often pharmaceutical cosmetics that have nothing to do with hypoallergenicity
OFF.. I got 2 more tubes of Retin-Avin, smear it on now. I'll wait until the tan fades and go into battle
Good evening, girls!
Just recently I asked what treatment is best for problem skin. Thank you very much! There was a lot of advice. And from all this, I now chose pharmacy care for myself. I settled on two brands. Now I would really like you to help me choose something based on my own experience.
So I'm leaning between this
La Roche-Posay Effaclar
Avene
My goal
-remove blackheads
-remove traces of acne
-even out the skin
Now, dear girls, I really hope for your specific advice because one of these days I will go to the pharmacy.
Thank you in advance
