Abortion Early

Early abortion (lat. abortus praecox), syn. termination of pregnancy in very early stages (EPP), minor spontaneous abortion. Small P.A. is an artificial spontaneous miscarriage in a woman who has reached puberty. Accompanied by complaints of cramping pain in the lower abdomen and minor bleeding. It is impossible to reliably interpret P.A. if the patient had bloody discharge from the genital tract. If complaints occur, it is necessary to exclude ectopic pregnancy up to 4 weeks, infectious diseases of the urogenital tract that do not require treatment (cystitis, chronic vaginitis, urinary tract infections), tumors of the reproductive system; and also clarify the gynecological history.
