The gel is thick, so it is not used sparingly. I have adapted to apply it to moisturized skin as a day care. It really controls the oiliness. Doesn't tighten. I am comfortable.

I have been using it for 4 weeks under anti-wrinkle cream (which was recommended) - the result has exceeded all expectations. Yes, it is sticky - but the result is worth not paying attention to the stickiness. Now this is my favorite, I recommend it to all girls over 50+. I am 54 years old.

Excellent gel. I’m very careful when choosing serums. They very often contain silicone and clog my pores, even Israeli ones. (I’m 31) They have an excellent composition (I wasn’t too lazy to look on the Internet). I’m on my 2nd tube. This is exactly a gel. It’s easily absorbed with a bang, even if you overdo it. The smell is very light, fresh, and quickly disappears. I use it according to the instructions. Afterwards I apply the cream of the same series, since now in winter one gel is not enough for me. I can’t say anything about reducing wrinkles, but it tones - YES! By the way, there is a pump inside, it works well, there may just be air in there at first. The bottle unwinds.

It has happened more than once that my desire to try something new brought negative results, but I don’t remember such disastrous ones. This time I went for a new cleanser and cream for the skin around the eyes, and unfortunately, I came across Mon Platin Dead Sea Minerals cosmetics, a vaunted Israeli series with Dead Sea minerals and black caviar. And the effect is damaged skin.

How did I buy it?

After rhinoplasty (or rather, after general anesthesia), my skin is in a very poor state: acne has returned in the T-zone, pigmentation on the nose and cheeks, wrinkles on the eyelids. Even my nails were broken, although this usually doesn’t happen. And I decided to choose products that would cleanse well, regulate sebum production, and for the eyelid skin, fight wrinkles and dryness.

After listening to my wishes, the store consultant immediately offered me Mon Platin. They say it’s high quality, suitable for combination skin, and customers are delighted with it. There was no time to read the ingredients, and I, “buying” the persuasiveness of the seller, the Dead Sea and Israel, took two products:

1. Cleansing gel with black caviar
2. Vitamin C Eye Serum

I paid about 2000 rubles for everything, which I really regret now.

After the second use, I felt a tingling sensation under my eyes. I didn’t even immediately realize that this was connected with my new Mon Platin cosmetics, I just didn’t expect it. But already on the third use it became clear that this remedy not only does not help with dryness, it causes it! In addition to dryness, there is redness and irritation, after which the skin is literally covered with dry shards and fine wrinkles.

I quickly switched to my old cream, but it no longer helped, it literally “sank” into the skin, bringing no relief. I had to save myself with pharmaceutical remedies for burns: Bepanten and Panthenol.

However, this gel practically does not work as a cleanser. Applied to a cotton pad, it can only collect powder from the surface of the skin. But if you apply it directly to the face, massage it in a circular motion, and then collect it with a cotton pad or napkin, then there will be more benefit, but it still doesn’t completely remove the tone, no matter how many times. We have to “catch up” with micellar water.

At the same time, it clearly has a negative effect on the skin around the eyes - it tingles, and even burns on the third use. There is NOTHING in the instructions about avoiding this area! (photo below) That is, you can understand that it is not suitable for sensitive areas of the face only by testing it “in your own skin.”

There was still hope that in the T-zone such a drying gel would at least help balance sebum production and treat acne. But nothing worked out here either! It makes the skin dry and even peel a little, but this remedy is not going to heal existing acne or prevent new acne from appearing.

On the packaging, in a beautiful font, it says that it contains black caviar. The composition actually contains caviar (it is not written which one), and judging by the fact that it is very far from the beginning of the composition, there is very little of it - even less than fragrances.

But there is much more sea salt. This is what was meant by “dead sea minerals.”

In fact, it turns out that it not only does not get rid of dryness and fine wrinkles, but multiplies them many times over. This was noticed not only by me, but also by those who saw me during this period. Questions from friends: “What’s wrong with your eyes?” and “what did you burn your eyelids with?” - a clear sign that even under makeup I cannot hide this nightmare. It’s good that it’s spring and you can walk around in dark glasses...

And now the composition of the serum:

Chamomile and green tea are indeed present, plus sea salt. On the skin of the eyelids! If anyone knows why it is there, write in the comments, I’m interested.
