Boycheva Bone Holder is a Bulgarian orthopedist and traumatologist who made a significant contribution to the development of medicine and surgery.
Boycheva Kostadin (Boyan) was born in 1902 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He was educated at the medical school at Sofia University and began his career as a surgeon. In 1935, Boychev became a professor of medicine at the Sofia Medical University.
In the 1950s, Boychev developed a new method for treating bone fractures, which was called “Boychev’s Bone Holder.” This method made it possible to speed up the healing process of fractures and reduce the risk of complications.
In addition, Boychev was engaged in research in the field of orthopedics and traumatology, developing new methods for treating various diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
Boyan Boychev died in 1971, but his name remains in the history of medicine and continues to be famous among specialists in this field.
