Bronchostenosis Valvular

Bronchostenosis (stenotic laryngotracheobronchitis, stenotic laryngitis) are diseases characterized by inflammatory and degenerative changes in the larynx, trachea or bronchi, which lead to partial or complete obstruction of the airways. The classification of bronchostenosis includes many different forms and degrees of severity. In addition, bronchoconstriction diseases can occur due to various reasons, such as tobacco smoking, genetic mutations, allergic reactions, infections, autoimmune disorders and other factors.

One type of bronchostenosis is valvular bronchostenosis, which occurs at the level of large bronchi (diameter from 4 to 9 mm). It is characterized by the presence of closed valves in the respiratory tract and difficulty in the passage of air. The valve is a muscular organ located in the wall of the bronchus and is designed to maintain blood pressure between the pulmonary artery and the pulmonary vein. With valvular bronchoconstriction, the valves close incorrectly, which leads to narrowing of the airways and impaired pulmonary circulation.

Symptoms of valvular bronchosthenic disease include loss of voice (aphonia), shortness of breath, cough and wheezing. Patients may complain of a feeling of shortness of breath, chest pain when breathing, decreased stamina and difficulty during physical activity. Attacks of suffocation are often observed, especially with deep inspiration, accompanied by cyanosis and weakness.

Treatment of valvular bronchostenosis should be comprehensive, including drug therapy, surgery and rehabilitation. First of all, anti-inflammatory drugs, bronchodilators and antibiotics are prescribed. Surgical treatment may include removal of part of the bronchus, expansion and reconstruction of the airways, valve replacement, or installation of special implants. Rehabilitation includes physical therapy, breathing exercises and teaching patients proper breathing techniques.

One of the most effective preventative measures is to stop smoking cigarettes, tobacco and other substances that can cause inflammation and deformation of the airways. It is also important to take care of your health and strengthen your immune system, eat healthy, exercise and avoid overstraining your respiratory tract.

Valvular bronchostenosis poses a serious threat to the health and life of the patient. Timely detection and treatment of this disease
