Sea dragons

Sea dragons are small fish that live in warm oceans around the world. They get their name because of their appearance, which is reminiscent of dragons with their long body and crested head.

There are two types of sea dragons - sea snakes and spear-throwing dragons. Sea snakes are usually around 20-30cm long and are the more common species. They have a thin body and tail-like fins that allow them to move quickly in the water.

The spear-throwing dragon, or spear fish, has a length of up to 50 cm. This is one of the most dangerous species of dragons, as it can cause serious injuries to people and animals if it is suddenly frightened. It is also known for the long spines that are found on its body and head.
