Amy-Scan

"EMI scans" or CT imaging are important diagnostic tools for identifying and confirming various diseases and injuries. CT techniques involve creating a series of images of body tissue from different angles using X-rays. This allows the doctor to visualize human organs and tissues, as well as study pathological changes in soft tissues.

Subtleties of using the CT technique: the procedure requires the use of additional specialized equipment, because the CT image can be recorded on a computed tomograph (tomograph). The scanning itself is painless; the patient only needs to take the appropriate position and remain still; however, long-term studies without breaks are inconvenient and unsafe for health. CT scans can be uncomfortable when performed in children, the elderly, and those with mental disorders (anxiety and claustrophobia).

To perform the procedure, patients must lie inside a sealed tube that rotates to create CT scans of all sides of the body. During recording, a CT scan takes about one minute to complete, although in some cases the process may take longer, but in general it only takes a few seconds. If a patient requires outpatient services, they will have to wait between procedures in specialized, isolated areas of the hospital. Currently, the use of PET scanners is very common outside of medical institutions, not only in medicine, including the diagnosis of cancer, the fields of pedagogy, education, psychology and psychology, psychology, technology and science.
