Endobronchitis

There are many different respiratory diseases, but bronchitis is one of the most common and dangerous among them. Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial mucosa, which can be caused by various factors such as viruses, bacteria, allergens, etc. Endobronchitis is a condition associated with inflammation of the inner walls of the bronchi - endobronchitis. This may occur with obstructive pulmonary disease or hypoventilation. One of the most dangerous complications of endobronchitis is pneumonia. Impaired bronchial obstruction due to the formation of adhesions, fibrosis or ankylosing syndrome can lead to bronchiolar asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Treatment of endobronchitis includes the use of antibacterial drugs, bronchodilators, mucolytics, immunomodulators and physiotherapy. In addition, it is important to ensure sufficient oxygenation of the air in the room where the patient is located and to regularly monitor his condition.
