**Fibrosis of the peripheral urethra - periureteric fibrosis (PPF) -** is one of the types of scar changes in the external parts of the urethra and is accompanied by periurethral fibrosis, characterized by limited lateral deviation of the urethra, constant expansion of the external opening of the urethra and, due to a violation of the morphology of the urinary tract, the appearance of vesicovaginal , vesical reflux and dysuria after urination. It occurs mainly in women [3].
This is a common problem among women of childbearing age, resulting from various injuries and surgical procedures. Fibrous changes in the bladder and ureter lead to urinary incontinence and chronic pain in the lower abdomen in most patients. Perinephritis, an inflammatory complication of PPF, may be a consequence of urinary tract infection [4].
