Hypoparathyroidism Idiopathic

Hypoparathyroid syndrome, hypoparathyroid syndrome, more often called Riedel-Cushing thyroiditis (thyroiditis due to malignant tumors of the blood system) is a serious disorder of the human thyroid gland. The syndrome is characterized by hypoparateriosis and destruction of the gland itself. This occurs with dysfunction of the pituitary gland.

Hypoparathyroidism idiopathicus is a rare autoimmune endocrine disease characterized by insufficient production of parathyroid hormone, which is manifested by short stature, bone resistance (they become brittle), arterial hypertension, osteoporosis and various mental disorders. Treatment consists of hormone replacement therapy. With timely administration of combination treatment, the survival rate of patients increases to 85–90%.
