Kaposi's Hemorrhagic Sarcoma

Kaposi Hemorrhage is a malignant disease of the skin and mucous membranes, which causes skin ulcers and bruises. This is a rare disease that occurs predominantly in older men. The development of the disease is associated with the presence of HIV infection in the body, and is also observed in persons without signs of HIV infection. The disease may be accompanied by fever, night sweats and weight loss. The diagnosis of kaposi-hemorrhages is made after detection of neoplasms on the patient’s skin or mucous membranes. Immunotherapy and chemotherapy are used to treat the disease.
