The interaction of Cardiomagnyl with other drugs may manifest itself in an increase in the effect of oral anticoagulants, metformin and glucocorticosteroids, as well as in a decrease in the effectiveness of diuretics.

The dosage of Cardiomagnyl should be determined by the doctor depending on the specific situation and individual characteristics of the patient. It is usually recommended to take 1 tablet once a day, and the tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing or crushing.
