Longsleeve is the choice of a real athlete.

Let's think again: why do we train hard and shed buckets of sweat in the gym? – there can be as many answers as you like. But it is obvious that one of them will definitely be the answer: “To look cool and attractive.” Another famous classic said: “There is no more beautiful clothing in the world than muscle strength and bronze skin!” And we all believe in it. It’s not for nothing that we have embarked on the thorny path of body building... But here’s an interesting point: you won’t walk naked through the streets to show off your amazing body to everyone. After all, sometimes you still have to cover it with clothes... So we’ll talk about clothes in this short article...

What does clothing mean to us? And is it so important for a bodybuilder? Someone will say: “Well, these are just clothes. What difference does it make what she is? The main thing is to be warm and comfortable. We are not women to devote a lot of time to this aspect..." That’s how it is... But there is one small “but”... Clothes can both emphasize and embellish your advantages, and reduce them to “no”...

Just imagine: if you put on some kind of spacious robe, it will all hang like a “bag” on you... And what will happen in the end? All the beauty of your body will be hidden under this “bag”, and at best you will look like a large, broad-shouldered person. Large, but not athletic! Large, but not muscular! Large, but not embossed! Do you understand?

It’s another matter if you put on something tight that will highlight your muscles and relief! Do you feel the difference? Well, this will be a completely different matter...

I don’t know about you, but personally I prefer a rash guard or long sleeve – the choice of a real athlete. In my opinion, these clothes are specially designed for athletes, bodybuilders and powerlifters. The men's longsleeve looks great on an athletic, muscular body, giving it even more masculinity and power. And in general, even if you put the item of clothing in question on the “drishcha”, then even he will begin to seem prettier, let alone a real jock.

I would like to end this article with a quote from another classic: “Clothing is also a part of us. Clothes are our continuation.” Shake it up, fellow iron workers!
