Lysis of Microbes

Microbial lysis is the process of destruction of bacterial cells under the influence of various physical or chemical factors. This process is widely used in biotechnology and medicine to destroy pathogenic bacteria. Bacteriolysis can be caused by various factors, for example, high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, acids, alkalis, antibiotics, etc.

The process of bacteriolysis occurs due to the influence of various factors on the bacterial cell. For example, high temperature causes denaturation of proteins and rupture of the cell membrane, which leads to the death of the bacterium. At the same time, antibiotics disrupt protein synthesis, leading to cell death.

Bacteriolysis is used
