When using Nitrosorbide-Rusfar, side effects may occur, such as flushing of the face and neck, headache, nausea, vomiting, orthostatic hypotension, restlessness and tachycardia. Certain medications and alcohol may enhance the hypotensive effect of Nitrosorbide-Rusfar, while sympathomimetics may reduce its effectiveness.
In case of an overdose of Nitrosorbide-Rusfar, symptoms may appear, such as cyanosis of the lips and nails, severe dizziness or fainting, a feeling of pressure in the head, weakness, shortness of breath, weak and rapid heartbeat, increased body temperature and convulsions. In this case, you must seek medical help.
To prevent tolerance (addiction) to the drug, it is recommended that after 3-6 weeks of regular use, take a break for 3-5 days.
Nitrosorbide-Rusfar is an effective drug for the treatment of angina and other diseases of the cardiovascular system, but its use must be agreed with a doctor, as it has contraindications and may cause side effects.
