Initial Appeal

Primary visit (synonym: initial visit) is the first time a patient contacts a doctor about any disease or condition.

Initial appeal includes:

  1. Collection of complaints and medical history
  2. Initial examination and examination of the patient
  3. Establishing a preliminary diagnosis
  4. Prescribing the necessary treatment or additional examinations
  5. Explaining to the patient the essence of the disease and treatment recommendations

Initial treatment plays an important role in making the correct diagnosis and prescribing adequate treatment. The information obtained at the initial appointment forms the basis for further patient management.
