Poikiloderma Vascular Atrophic

Poikiloderma (vascular, or cyanotic, erythema, or variegated) is a skin disease characterized by asymmetrical areas of atrophy and hyperpigmentation of the dermis, caused by peripheral vasopathy. The disease may be hereditary. Dominant heritability. The disease is more common in men.

There are 2 forms of vascular poikiloderma: superficial - localized on the face, manifested by blue-brown spots, looks like age-related deformation; deep - the rash is localized only on the upper eyelids, characterized by soreness and hyperemia of the skin. Gradually the disease progresses and takes on a complex form.



Poikiloderma vascular atrophy **(poikiloderma atrophicum vascularum, PATV)** is a rare, chronic skin condition characterized by changes in skin color and texture, as well as impaired skin function. It can manifest itself in various forms and have various causes, but most often it is caused by
