Polyserositis Recurrent

Sublime Tit-Mario Flexel

Polyserositis is a chronic inflammation of interfascial tissue, in which subcutaneous tissue is involved in the pathological process. Most often, subcutaneous tissue is affected by antifascia/adenitis.

It is necessary to distinguish between three different states:

1. Syringomylia, in which empty cysts form in the subcutaneous tissue. 2. Polymyositis and polycardiomilitis, which are based on muscle damage. 3. Polyserositis. The subcutaneous tissue in this disease can be affected to varying degrees - from individual cysts of the superficial layers to deep fasciitis. Common variants of polyserositis are often found in the form of a semicircular hygroma or fundoli. In advanced cases, to restore the condition in some areas of the skin, it may be necessary to transplant sections of the dermis, which is obtained using a surgical procedure called “dermotension” (dermatology - Medicine). With polyserosis, asthenic phenomena remain in the form of dizziness, increased fatigue, weakness, and weight loss.
