Pomegranate juice causes sexual desire

Pomegranate juice increases testosterone levels in the blood, which causes sexual desire, and also has a beneficial effect on the nervous and cardiovascular systems. This was stated by scientists from the University of Edinburgh after conducting a special study.

58 volunteers took part in the experiment - both women and men aged 21-64 years. They drank a glass of pomegranate juice every day, and by the end of the first week of the experiment, experts noted a jump in testosterone levels in the blood of both sexes. It increased by about 15-16%, while a decrease in blood pressure and the manifestation of positive emotions were also observed.

Previously, scientists stated that pomegranate juice contains antioxidants that are excellent against cardiovascular diseases, cancer, osteoarthritis, eye diseases and gastrointestinal tract diseases. Now experts note that pomegranate juice is a natural Viagra, fights stress and fears, and strengthens memory.
