Retention of Evidence

Retentio testis is one of the possible options for how the male body can adapt to stress conditions. This is a condition in which the testicles do not come out from behind the waistband even during an erection. In this case, a man may experience symptoms associated with a weakened erection and a decrease in the amount of sperm. Although it was previously thought that retentio could only be a temporary phenomenon, there is now research confirming the possibility of its long-term existence.

The causes of retentio may vary. For example, this can occur as a result of injuries to the lumbar spine or surgery involving this area. This syndrome can also occur as a result of emotional stress or diseases affecting the nervous system.

Treatment for retentio depends on its cause and may include surgical correction or medication. In some cases, treatment may not be necessary because the condition does not negatively affect a man's health or sexual function.
