It was supposed to be applied to clean mucous membranes twice a day - both outside and inside, with a cotton swab. What immediately made me happy is that the cream does not cause any discomfort at all, there was no sore feeling. It’s as if you are applying oil, and you feel the effect not even after a minute, but right away - the burning sensation inside is muffled, and after half an hour it goes away altogether, the feeling of dryness goes away. It’s a pity, the effect does not last long, this comfort disappears in 3-4 hours, and often I was forbidden to apply Rosamet. And yet, it helped me - not right away, at first it simply temporarily removed the symptoms of burning and pain, but after 4 days these symptoms were half as strong, and even the heaviness inside began to disappear. The itching subsided slowly, and the intensity decreased as treatment progressed. but I felt it constantly. I was cured in 8 days - this is a very good result, considering how much Rosamet costs and the fact that I did not start treatment with it right away. It treats carefully, without adding new unpleasant sensations, and is used very economically, so if you have vulvovaginitis, I definitely advise you to try it - after all, it has no side effects, so even if it doesn’t help (which is unlikely), there will definitely be no harm either.

Alas, I can state that tomorrow is exactly three weeks, and no positive changes have been achieved, in fact, it has only gotten worse, there are even more “foci” of acne (I don’t connect this with rosamet itself, but it’s a fact).
The instructions also mysteriously indicate that the course of treatment is 1-2 months, and the average treatment time is 3-4 months (some kind of confusion, don’t you think?). I’m thinking about what to do with it next, finish it off for a month or two or stop it. Using 2 times a day in the morning and at night (you can do it 1 time according to the instructions), there is quite a decent amount left in the tube. Maybe I’ll get it up to 2 months, but I’ll limit myself to once a day, I think just before that time the rest will be exhausted.
