Kyphoscoliotic Heart

**Cor Kyphoscoloticum** is a serious abnormal medical condition in which the heart takes on an S-shape or even more complex shape due to cystic enlargement of one or more ribs and the spinal column. Cystic growth can cause degenerative changes in tissue and increase the risk of developing the disease.

**Symptoms and signs**

The main symptoms of cardiac kyphoscolia include chest discomfort, often accompanied by shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat and back pain. Lower abdominal pain, phlegm, cough and weakness may also be present. With a strong kyphosic pulse, nausea and dizziness may occur.
