Milky vessels (lat. Vas jlychifera) is the name of a number of artificially produced vessels and metal forms for chemical laboratory glassware, used mainly in Russia in the 19th century by chemists to obtain chemically pure fluorine compounds and fluoride derivatives of hydrocarbons by reacting milky hydrogen fluoride with hydrocarbons.

The name “milky” is probably given because this reaction produces saturated fractions that boil at a temperature below the boiling point of the corresponding acid.
