Spasm of the Gaze

Convulsions of the gaze or oculigoid crisis are a symptom that appears on the surface of the eyeballs as a result of harsh and bright light. It is also called gaze spasm. The person appears as if he is beginning to experience severe stress or is in a state of shock, as his eyes dilate and his pupils are as wide as possible.
