Super Ego

Superego is a philosophical term that refers to the subconscious psychological authority. Every person has his own superego and its purpose is to guide and control our actions and beliefs. Thus, the superego is a powerful force that can change our lives if we allow it to penetrate our consciousness.

One of the main manifestations of the super-ego is that it is responsible for our moral values. It determines what is right and wrong based on our beliefs and experiences. We must realize that we cannot justify our actions simply because they follow our values or beliefs - we must accept responsibility for our actions.

Apart from this, super ega also teaches us that the acts we do for other people should be done with respect. It helps us understand that our lives are not only individual, but also connected with the lives of other people and the world as a whole.

In other words, the superego is the inner source of moral responsibility and ethical values that provides insight into how we should act in accordance with our true nature and our true values. Without this power, people can become angry, selfish and heartless, as all these will correspond to their baser instincts.

An important aspect of becoming aware of our super ego is understanding our own vulnerability. When we become aware of our superego and connect it with our individual experience, we begin to see ourselves. Looking back, it's hard not to notice that selfish actions have consequences, and that the results of our actions are not the best choices over time.
