Vishnevsky's tamponade is a surgical treatment method that involves creating functional rest in the peritoneum and directly pressing the intestinal omentum to the bruised area to temporarily stop bleeding. It is used for damage to the large or small intestine, bruises of the abdomen. The method is an emergency measure, which is carried out on the second operating day after injury in compliance with all the rules of asepsis and antisepsis.
Drug therapy includes taking analgesics, antiemetics, and antispasmodics. Anticholinergics and serotoninolytics are used, and hyposensitizing therapy is carried out. If necessary, infusion is given
