Transureteroureterostomy (Transuretero-Ureterostomy)

Transureterureterostomy is a surgical procedure that involves creating an anastomosis (connection) between the cut end of one ureter and the opposite ureter in the abdominal cavity.

This operation is performed when one of the ureters is damaged or blocked. In such cases, the damaged section of the ureter is cut above the lesion and connected to another, healthy ureter. In this way, the outflow of urine from the kidney to the bladder through a healthy ureter is restored, bypassing the damaged area.

Transureterureterostomy allows you to preserve kidney function if it is impossible to restore the patency of your own ureter. This is an effective operation that prevents the development of hydronephrosis and renal failure.

The operation "Transureticuretrostomy" is recommended for nephrostomy and complex obstructive neoplasms of the urinary system due to radicality, not always performed laparoscopically, therefore, the technique of transurethroscopic urethrostomy with bringing the ureters into the subumbilical area was proposed and implemented.

It is performed by a transurererealist as follows:

In front, between the leaves of the inner leaf on the anterior surface of the rectus abdominis muscle, along the midline, retreating from the symphysis pubis to the thickness of the rectus abdominis muscles and above the middle of the anterior wall of the rectus sheath, the hollow abdominis muscle. Stepping down from this place by 3 - 4 cm, a transverse notch is made at this point with a knife (bluntly). Moreover, the upper part of the section is directed downward, and the lower part is directed upward, so that in the future it can be compared on

Transureteruuristoma (TUU) is a specialized anastomotic procedure used for abnormally positioned ureters to restore normal urine flow into the urinary tract.

Transureterafuristoma plays an important role in the treatment of patients with urinary tract obstruction for whom other treatments have failed. It allows you to restore the normal position of the urinary tract and restore urination in patients who do not respond to other surgical interventions. Transurafutfuritoma is also used to improve bladder function in cases of fistulas between the bladder and the reproductive system.

The general principle of the Transureafyistoma is to connect both ends of the urethra using two methods:

1. The presence of recovery fluid (urine fluid) in the bladder during recovery from a wound on the mucous membrane of the spine. 2. Closed urostomy (reverse drainage). The urostomy consists of a plastic tube that is inserted into the bladder
