Evening make-up

Evening makeup is somewhat different from daytime makeup, primarily in shades of color. Evening colors are more saturated, attracting attention. You should seem like a mysterious stranger with a languid gaze. The shadows are predominantly deep olive, chocolate and gray-blue. Lips - brownish, burgundy, wine.

  1. Apply powder with reflective, shimmering particles to cheekbones, center of forehead, chin, neck, shoulders and décolleté.

  2. Add any dark shade (that matches your outfit and daytime makeup) to the outer corner of your eyelid. Let it be, for example, a completely neutral dark gray, graphite nuance. Shadows should be matte.

  3. These shadows can be used to create a more dramatic look by carefully drawing a line around the eye.

  4. Comb your eyebrows, trying to give them a slight bend. You can apply a little shadow or use a special pencil and lengthen the line of the eyebrows, bringing them a little further than the outer corner of the eye.

  5. Wear bright red lipstick. In the evening, it will not look vulgar, but will add sensuality and drama to your image, especially if your clothes are designed in black tones.

Memo
If you are not a fan of red or you don’t have a tube with this shade in your makeup bag, you can use regular daytime lipstick.

You can make your lipstick tone deeper and more intense using a pencil or lip liner that is slightly darker than your lipstick.

A prerequisite is that the pencil must be from the same “tonal family” as the lipstick: for example, for pink lipstick you need to take a pink pencil, and not brown, orange or cherry. The same applies to the ratio of cold and warm tones.

  1. After applying lipstick over the pencil, make sure that there are no clear boundaries between them. The contour should not show through the layer of lipstick.

  2. Apply some ultra-shiny lip gloss on top - preferably clear or in a shade that matches your lipstick.

  3. Don't forget about blush. It's not bad if you use powder with a bronze tint instead of blush, or just regular powder, but a slightly darker tone than the main tone of your face. To avoid sharp edges, blend the blush with a sponge or your fingers.

  4. Apply a little more mascara to your eyelashes. It is important that the eyelashes do not look sticky and heavy. You can use colored mascara. For example, color your eyelashes with gray mascara, and highlight the eyelashes in the outer corner of your eye with a darker blue or cherry color.

An interesting version of evening makeup can be obtained if the tips of the eyelashes are painted over dark mascara with colorless mascara, with silver glitter.
