Difficulty swallowing and cold extremities in patients

If they have difficulty swallowing and the fever is continuous, then let them open their blood, let out a little blood and feed them food with vinegar and lettuce, if there is some appetite; otherwise, you should limit yourself to barley water. You should beware of constipation, and if the patient has constipation, then suppositories and enemas are much better than medications that laxative from above.

Often their warmth goes deeper and their limbs become cold, and the deepened warmth is carried to the head. The patient's limbs should be immersed in hot water and not allowed to drink cold water.
