Abrasions and, in particular, abrasions on the sole

An abrasion is a tearing that occurs on the surface of the skin from a rough touch, sometimes it is accompanied by a tumor, and sometimes without a tumor. Often all the skin is torn off and torn off or hangs down and needs to be stuck in place; in this case, it is treated with adhesive agents, which are discussed in the paragraph on wounds. As far as possible, you should not cut off the skin, but spread it over the sore spot at least several times, and eventually it will stick, and if it does not stick, it is stuck with plasters prepared for this case. As for exposed wounds, it is better to apply medicine to them without a bandage, unless this is impossible, since it is preferable for the medicine to dry with air.

Regarding light abrasions, I will say that a good medicine for simple abrasions, especially abrasions on the sole, is to take a lung, especially a ram's lung, and stick it to the sore spot, and this heals the wound. If there is no tumor, then old burnt skin or rose oil or red arsenic helps with the abrasion. Burnt pumpkin is an excellent, wonderful and reliable medicine, especially for abrasions on the sole. Among the medicines that close, join and heal are all slightly astringent drugs, for example, acacia or galls, especially burnt ones. If you apply this treatment to light and invisible abrasions, then sometimes a white plaster is also sufficient.

One of the more powerful remedies is to take lead white, usshak and oil - that is, rose oil, myrtle oil, castor oil or iris oil, dilute the usshak in the hearth or in wine and prepare a plaster from all this; sometimes lead oxide alone is enough with wine. Sumac dries the light surfaces of the abrasion and prevents swelling. Watering, especially if cracks have formed from abrasions, is done with a decoction of lentils, barley decoction with lentils or heated sea water, and medicinal dressings are prepared from dry wine grounds. If the skin has completely fallen off, then it is necessary to prevent swelling with some strongly drying and healing medicine. In this case, the situation is more difficult.
