Bronchitis Mechanical

Mechanical bronchitis is an inflammation of the mucous membrane of the main bronchi, usually of a viral nature (such inflammation in medicine is not called bronchitis). Such inflammation can become a complication after acute respiratory viral infection or is caused by another viral infection that provokes the development of inflammation

Bronchitis is an inflammation of the inner lining of the bronchus, which can be caused by various factors. One of these factors is a mechanical irritant, which can cause bronchial bronchitis. Mechanical bronchitis occurs due to mechanical irritation or irritation of the mucous membrane of the bronchial tree.

Bronchial bronchitis can occur due to various reasons, which include:

1. Foreign bodies in the bronchial tree: The bronchial lumen may be blocked by foreign bodies such as dust, pieces of food, tissue fibers or other small objects. This can lead to bronchospasm and obstruction of bronchial obstruction. 2. Allergic reactions. Bronchial allergies can lead to a reflex narrowing of the bronchioles, which will lead to restriction of exhalation. Also, substances produced during allergic reactions can irritate the bronchial mucosa and lead to inflammation. 3. Infectious diseases: In some cases, bronchial cough can be caused by an infection that enters the lower respiratory system through various routes, including the nose, mouth or lungs. Viruses, bacteria and fungi can lead to bronchodilation and inflammation of the mucous membrane. 4. Other diseases: Other diseases can cause irritation of the bronchial mucosa, such as cardiovascular diseases, nervous system disorders and other serious conditions. 5. Chest Trauma: Blunt trauma to the chest can cause inflammation of the mucous membrane and irritation of the bronchial surfaces. This includes severe impacts, open damage and radiation exposure. Mechanical bronchitis is classified according to the severity of the lesion and the severity of symptoms. Mild forms may be asymptomatic or with minimal symptoms, such as a dry cough, difficulty breathing and wheezing in the chest. In more severe cases, respiratory distress, fever, shortness of breath, and blueness may occur.
